Delete Your Account

In the mobile or web app, open Profile & settings and choose Delete account to remove your signed-in account directly. If you cannot access the app, use the form below to request deletion of your Take A Sip account and associated profile, hydration history, reminder settings, and authentication record. The support team will validate that the request belongs to the account before processing it.
